“Absolutely love the design, convenience, and ease of setup and use. However, after just three short weeks of use, the machine pulled milk into the motor. The company could not tell me why this occurred as my setup was as recommended and membrane/diaphragm was new and undamaged. They simply replaced it. The components leave so many ways to mess up that everyone seems to be very paranoid using it. It's a very expensive pump to be so finicky.”
“The pump sound is able to be heard, but a quiet vibration is all you hear. The pump can leak at the bottom just a little with too much movement, but overall very satisfied”
