“This is one of the better matcha I have had. Although I am not a fan of the re-seal bag it comes in, my seal does not work and I think others have had the same problem. I would buy this matcha again though and will order some more when this batch finishes.”

Thanks so much for your review! We're so happy you are loving our matcha. I'm sorry the seal might be faulty on your matcha as we have not heard from other customers that it is an issue and we tested a few packets here ourselves.
I'll reach out now to you via email to apologize and assure you that your future packets won't have a faulty seal.
For the moment, you can simply roll and clip the top of your matcha to keep it closed and not exposed to light or air.
