“Love the smell and the way it washes we are on tank water and a septic tank so wrapt with the low impact it has on the tank as well as the no plastic bit. We are a very environmental concious family. Although we use less liquid per load in comparison to our old brand it’s still a little pricey but we choose to use it , my daughters however can’t afford to at the moment.

“This is my absolute favourite of all your products. I do so much washing as i have two toddlers. I cannot recommend this enough. It is the best smelling laundry liquid i have ever smelt. (i used to smell them all at the shops) It lasts a long time and cleans clothes better then most other products ive used. Brings whites back to WHITE!! Without needing to soak or bleach”
“This is a lovely smelling laundry liquid. It is NOT overpowering & doesn't set off my head, there are MANY on the market that work well but I Just Can't USE, because their scent gives me massive headaches & makes my teeth ache. This one is safe! It smells lovely, cleans well. I still need to use a stain remover on stains, but that's to be expected. My only gripe would be the addition of a clear window to see when it's almost full, whilst pouring the refill into the bottle. :) I realise this isn't essential, & I've tried to be careful - any tips are welcome. But, it can be hard to see INTO the bottle whilst pouring the refill in, & I've lost a few teaspoons worth of liquid, a few times, because I've not realised it was done. I am now super careful, & this is tricky when you have dodgy wrists, I'll admit. Otherwise, it's a really good product. Not sure if you can add a second laundry liquid with an enzyme additive? That's great for pet stains etc. :)”

Regarding the clear strip...as we have only just worked out how to successfully make our bottles from Ocean, Beach and Landfill bound plastic (OBL) adding something like this into the mix for bottle blowing definitely adds a level of complexity we aren't quite at yet BUT fingers crossed it is something we can implement down the track to make refilling easier for y'all. Alternatively....maybe we could implement markings on the pouch could help here?? 🤞🏼 Either way we will figure it out, we hear ya! We just have future iterations of Forever Bottles, refill options etc. to keep in mind as we want to keep these refills in circulation for a LONG time!
Are you taking the inner spout out of the Laundry Liquid when refilling? We find popping this out helps to see better. Or waiting until it completely empties as the refill pouch is the same size of the Forever Bottle for this particular product. 👌🏼
While our current Laundry Liquid has a pretty powerful blend of enzymes as is, we think paired with our Stain Remover, stains don't stand a chance...although...did someone say a soaker was in the works? 🤫
We do ask that you pop any misbehaving nozzles (or damaged pouches and Forever Bottles down the line) into the Return Mailer to get sent back to us (on us) with the 15 empty refill pouches once they are ready to be returned so we can keep our loop closed.
Be sure to trouble shoot that fixtures are indeed broken before sending them back and just not in need of a lil TLC, we have a FAQ around cleaning Forever Bottles and Nozzles here:
