What water temperature does the cycle usually use?
Are you on hard or soft water?
Are there particular fabrics you notice an undesirable result more than others?
You also mentioned you had a faulty cap.. do you mean the cap itself or the part the liquid pours from? So sorry about the soapy mess on the floor 🙈
