“This laundry liquid is better than I expected, cleans clothes well and smells lovely. Also leaves my clothes softer than previous liquid i was using. It struggles to make my husbands workshop (grease, oil, fuel), clothes smell nice, but they seem clean enough.”

It looks pretty on the shelf and easily lasts a good couple if not 3 months (and we are a household of 4), You don't need as much as you think - I may have had a few suds disaster in the initial uses.”

Only downside is the design of the bottle spout inside the lid. I have to turn the bottle side ways to pour the liquid as if you do it with the handle up it spills everywhere due to the shape of the spout and where the lower part of the spout is located on the side.”

By the sounds of it, your Laundry Liquid Forever Bottle has actually arrived assembled the wrong way 🙈Super sorry about that 🤪
So... a top tip from us 😅 The inner pouring funnel for the bottle is actually removable 🎉 This makes refilling way easier! If you screw off the top cap, you can pull out the inner piece (spout) and rotate it to the angle of your choice for pouring. We hope that helps!!

As part of our investigation process... It would be really helpful for us if you'd be able to answer these Qs:
What Washing machine type (Top or Front loader etc.) do you have?
What water temperature does the cycle usually use?
Are you on hard or soft water?
What fabrics are you finding this is not cutting the mustard on?
What is occurring here that you aren't loving?

“I like the product especially the fragrance, but 90 year old Mum who is mostly opposed to change is non committal at this present time. However we decided to try the chemical free product from your company because she has skin issues, plus opinions on how hard eg towels are after washing from using supermarket shelf detergents. After washing you could smell the fragrance and it was softer to the touch, so in my opinion I would recommend it.”
