Corsa - 26.5 Reviews

5 Rating 10 Reviews
Read Zipfit Reviews

Inspired by a race fit with the stiffest cuff and lowest profile, the Corsa provides increased sensitivity, stability, and responsiveness on the race course or in the run out of the cirque. Likely the stiffest ski boot liners on the market, the Corsa will transform your 140 flex race shells into the ski boots you hoped they would be.

Switched from the WC SW (an awesome liner) to the Corsa for my new Lange Z-shells – and I’m absolutely blown away! I’ve never experienced such a precise, powerful, and still super comfortable feel in my boots — all day long, and even for multiple days in a row. Honestly, no real break-in needed (only added a little OMFit because I had it and enjoy dialing things in). Truly an outstanding product — 10/10, all thumbs up!

First I want to thank the Zip Fit team for their patience and time in guiding me to choose the right products! As an amateur boot fitter (I DONT GET PAID NOR WORK IN A SHOP hence "amateur") I have aided many in achieving comfort while focusing on performance and the right fit for them to progress as skiers which I learn through continuing education and countless hours of hands on experience. I purchased two Corsa liners: One for the morning carving plug boot (Fischer Podium 150 25.5, 90mm, stretched, ground, etc) and Krypton 130 TI 25.5 (96mm no work). I measure a 26.5 and have downsized after 40 years. Get shell fit or learn to do it yourself YOU WILL NOT REAP THE BENEFITS OF ZIPFIT LINERS WITHOUT! CORSA IN KRYPTON: Originally the Workhorse was my choice, but fortunately for me they where out of stock, so I opted for the 26.5 Corsa because of the leather liner and I have the room in the shell (12mm) for the more "comfort" fit of the 26.5 liner. Per instructions marriage of the shell and liner was done via heat gun to 140 F SHELL ONLY and 10 second intervals in the microwave for the liner. WOW! Gone was all the discomforts/pain I experienced over the years and current season with intu, mimic, afz, and others in 25 and 26. On the hill I was continued to be impressed by the precise control, and more importantly, the comfort: No hot spots, numb toes, pressure points, nothing but enjoyment. I was more than pleased with the warmth, -10 F with the wind, and with the addition of the insole made the boiler plate conditions very smooth. Previously I was never able to use a custom insole since it prevented any toe movement, not the case anymore, plenty of flexibility in the toe box to eliminate any compression allowing your toes to function as intended. As things warmed the Corsa began to loosen slightly, so now the addition of OM begins (buy extra). Heel hold was confident and the construction of the tongue unleased the cabrio boot to the next level by eliminated the restriction of the wrap liner-no more back seat! Overall the feel is very supportive and firm with no sense of restriction or confinement, and balance points are now highlighted and easily attained. If your serious about your skiing: Safety, Enjoyment, Performance get shell fit and go Zip Fit you will be amazed and regret not doing it sooner. The Fischer review will be added next.

I am obsessive when is comes to ski boot fit. I've tried foam injected, Intuition, and many lace up OEM liners. The thing that I feel if different between Zipfit and all the rest, and the thing I like most, is consistency of fit throughout the day. The fit is excellent and heel is locked in when you put them on in the morning, and they stay that way the whole ski day. All other liners I find I have to tighten top buckles as there always seems to be some slop in the afternoon. Zip fits are expensive, but you're buying top quality materials, engineering, and manufacturing. It's not often that all three are present in a product. If you want better fit and lasting comfort, buy zipfit, you won't be disappointed. I ski over 50 days a season and know this worth the investment.

They are $$ but I have never been locked in this well. Incidentally I started with the Gara LV for a Lange RS 130 but they were too much volume for me. This fits the bill.

Fantastic! I should not have waited 10 years to get this. It’s the best equipment investment I have made. It is a superior product to the heat molded liners. Way, way better than stock. Ans the customer support excellent!

My recently purchased ZipFit Corsa liners are my second pair. I already know they will get the job done. As a full time ski coach my feet are on the front line, hence I require the best liner available. ZipFit. The Corsa model allows m to ski a variety of shells, a 98 mm last high performance close fitting shell is my preference. Wearing the Corsa liners allow me to purchase and ski my preferred last width, plus the Corsa liner lasts a long time and is very well made. In a word; durable. Thanks ZipFit!

I have a pair of old Head Raptor 140 RS ski boots; the original liners were packed out, and I felt that the boot was a bit too flexible in the forward movements. I purchased a pair of ZipFit Corsa liners, convinced by the many great reviews and testimonials on several forums, and I am so happy with them! Not only I gained some extra support and stiffness, but I find my Corsa more comfortable than the original liners! I strongly recommend this great product.
