“Plug and play! so simple. I have never been able to run custom footbeds, DFP or any of those companies. They ended up hurting first run and for the rest of the day leading to foot cramps. I ran walmart footbeds for the last 5 years and loved them - but they broke down pretty quick. Stoked on this cork footbed! Right from the start it was comfortable for me while providing support. Shock absorbant / dampening. Havent had any foot cramps nor any signs of wear. It's best used in a boot where you put your foot into the liner first, and then liner into your boot - like you would with a zipfit.”
