“The original order was for a blue balance bike for my grandaughter's birthday. However, through no fault of Zoomy the blue bike would not arrive in time as it had sold out. I changed the order to a pink balance bike as Zoomy said that there were pink bikes in stock.
Zoomy was fantastic. I was kept up to date with the progress of the order which arrived in less than a week from the Eastern States to WA.
Organized, professional and competent. Refreshing to see that is customer focussed.

“We haven’t opened this particular bike yet, as it is a Christmas present, but we have had 2 others in the past & they are fantastic! We have also bought them as gifts for friends children because we love them so much. I truly believe the balance bike is the reason both my boys barely needed training wheels once they got on their “big bikes”. It teaches them how to lean so they don’t fall off.”
