In Sept 2021 I ordered a scooter, helmet & bell but it’s now mid December 2021 & absolutely NOTHING has arrived. Little to no updates from Zoomy. This is our 2nd & last order.

Hi Lynette, your scooter was out of stock when you placed your order. It was clearly marked on our website as a pre-order with delivery expected in November. Unfortunately, Covid has made supply chains very unpredictable and we had delays receiving new stock. We however did our best to keep you updated through email and gave you numerous opportunities to cancel your order for a refund. With all that being said, your order shipped on 01 Dec and you were sent an email with a tracking number so your order should be delivered soon. Apologies for the delays.

The bell is good but is not fitting to the scooter. I want to replace/return it.
