My only concern is the quality of plastic. I doubt it is robust enough. The guaranty only covers any damages for three months. I am afraid of crack or breakdown.”

My son opened his scooter, and both sides of the handle bars were dirty. I am wanting an explanation as to why a product stored in its box could be so dirty.

“While I have not actually seen or tested the scooter itself my review reflects the customer services or lack thereof I have received.
The scooter arrived in a damaged box so I returned it unopened at the post office paying for return insurance including tracking. Although my tracking shows the scooter has been returned and received back at Zoomy 3 weeks ago, I am still waiting on my refund as they claim they have not received it.
Not very professional! Will certainly tell my friends not to order anything here.”
“We were quiet disappointed that our scooter had a wobbly wheel after 24hours and then the flashing lights went out last week (14 days in). Just unlucky but our little girl just loves riding her scooter. just dont know how safe it is with the front wheel wobbling.”
