Found this Zoomy scooter to be of good quality and sturdy enough for my growing 6 year old boy. He was very impresssed by the flashing lights too. “Really great scooter but it would be much more functional if the board was slightly higher off the ground , my 3yrr old who is only tiny goes over small bumps and it scrapes out or it will get stuck . He loves the lights so I'll hold on to it”

Thanks for your review. Sorry to hear that you think the board is too close to the ground. We've designed it this way to keep the centre of gravity as low as can be. This makes for a safer scooter. If we raised the height of the board, the result would be a scooter that easily flipped over forward when it hit an obstacle, causing your child to fall over the handlebars. It's a bit of a trade-off but we believe it's better to have a safe scooter that occasionally scrapes on bumps.
