Quoting my 4 year old grandson's words as a title to this review echoes my feelings on the wonderful service I received when buying the scooter. It lives totally up to expectations and beyond - he has only been off it to sleep in the 24 hours since we gave it to him. Hours of fun in the park and a continuous chatter about how wonderful every part of it is. Thank you all.

Ordered it online leaving plenty of time for a pre xmas delivery - it arrived mid January. And now I have to pay the postage to return it as I had to buy another scooter to give to my son on XMas Day. Haven't opened the package so no idea on the quality of the item i'm not interested - it arrived far too late with no updates from Zoomy on etas.

Hi Seirra, We sincerely apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, Covid has had a huge impact on our business and supply chains. We placed our order with our supplier of scooters in August and delivery was meant to be in October. Our supplier kept pushing the delivery date back over and over again until we finally received the scooters in January. We did everything we could to communicate with customers frequently as possible. Sorry if our communication wasn't up to snuff but we had over 1,000 customers to deal with and we just didn't have the staff to keep up with all the requests. We're now taking steps to ensure this never happens again and hopefully life and business can get back to normal again soon. -Zoomy Leisure

My son LOVES his new scooter, he is just about 4yrs slightly petite and it's perfect for him to handle. The 3 wheels offers the stability he still needs but is still "zoomy" as ever, he is so pleased to be able to fly down the footpaths. The foot plate is a good size and looks a strong build.

Had issues with new scooter purchased. Hand adjustment broke within a week and have been advised I will need to wait 2 weeks for a replacement part. In this climate we are in I would feel they could send me a replacement scooter and this one could go back to the manufacturer

Hi Ben, Sorry to hear that the button to adjust the height of the scooter has fallen out. We know how disappointing it can be at this time when your kids are stuck at home. As explained on the phone, the button is spring loaded and from time to time falls out. In most cases the spring falls into the shaft of the scooter. It can then be rescued and put back in place. Here’s a link to instructions showing how to fix this: https://www.zoomy.com.au/pages/faq It sounds like you’ve lost the spring. Unfortunately we don’t keep these in stock and we’ll have to order one from our manufacturer which we’ve already done. We will send it to you as soon as it comes in. In the meantime, you can use the quick release clamp to secure the handlebar in place. It can be tightened with an Allen key and will keep the handlebar tight. I know you expected more but please excuse us. Our warehouse is working as hard as they can right now to stay safe and ship everything as quickly as they can. We have however had to ban customers from visiting the warehouse and have also closed our workshop to keep everyone safe. This obviously affects our ability to help customers as efficiently as we’d like to.

My sons first scooter. He loves it! It’s been perfect for him whilst we’ve been at home during COVID-19 social distancing. Every day we get out and scoot.

We have only the one problem since we got it and that is getting our 4 year old Son off of it LOL. Best scooter by far, it has made my Son more confident in riding it as the previous one was not as sturdy as the Zoomy. Highly recommend it. Very happy with the delivery time also, we got it the next day. Instructions were easy to follow. As a family we were all very happy with it.
