Absolutely appalling customer service. Our first scooter was fantastic so we bought a second scooter for our youngest for her birthday- what a mistake! Will not buy again.
Sent video of light up wheels not working - scooter straight from box and unused. Clearly didn't work.
Was given instructions to pull wheels apart and try and fix (where's the quality control?? You sent me a brand new product that doesn't work as described!). Told them to get stuffed - I don't have time to pull THEIR product apart to try and fix a faulty item!
An expensive scooter that arrived broken.
4 emails later - no resolution. Just stupid bits of random advice. No one ACTUALLY acknowledging that their product is faulty. Our 2 year old has been in tears since her birthday.
RUBBISH quality control. RUBBISH customer service.

Sorry to hear about your experience. We've been trying to assist you to resolve the problems with your scooter but we've been having trouble reaching you.
Our support team should not have asked you to take apart the wheels, this is only a solution we suggest to customers who've had their scooter for a while where the wheels have stopped lighting because they've gotten dirty. Apologies for sending you these instructions.
In your case the scooter is new so the wheels should light up and it's not normal for them not to light up.
A few things to try:
1) Make sure you're not in bright sunlight (you won't see the lights in sunlight)
2) The video you sent us showed the scooter being pushed across a room without a rider. Please try pushing the scooter with a rider on it.
If the scooter is faulty, we'll gladly replace it. We however requested the video showing the scooter being ridden but haven't yet received it so we haven't been able to verify that it's faulty. Once we're able to verify that it's faulty we'll be able to organise a replacement for you.
