“I purchased this scooter for my 5 year old granddaughter, the scooter is great she loves it , there is a major problem , the brake doesn’t work, the tension is too tight , when applying the brake it doesn’t touch the wheel making it extremely dangerous as she has to try and stop it by scraping her foot on the path. I am in contact with the company at the moment and hoping they will be able to rectify this problem”
