Rae, sorry you never received your scooter. Every now and then things get lost in the post. Our policy when this happens is to send a new one.
We sent you a replacement and the tracking number shows the replacement was delivered.
“My son loves his new scooter, especially the flashing wheels. It is good value for money. The scooter itself is pretty sturdy however the breaks are made of plastic and after the package has been knocked around by post they broke off the next day. Fortunately, Zoomy has great customer service and they sent us a replacement a week later.”
