“Bought the scooter for my son some weeks ago, the black botton adjusting the height of haddle bar came out a week after. Tried to contact Zoomy multiple of times in weeks, voice message left to be contact but no one pick up. Really dissapointed and bad service.”

Hi, sorry to hear that you haven't been able to contact us. All message either by voice or email go to our support system, but for some reason we don't have any record of your messages. The button that's used to adjust the height of the scooter is held in with a spring.
