I had a terrible experience with A24/7 and Sydney at Plumbing and Electrical. I called them to fix a leaking tap, but they ended up causing more damage. They quoted me R25000 for the repair, which I had to pay upfront. It's been 7 weeks, and they still haven't fixed my taps or bath. I later found out they are not qualified and have a reputation for overcharging. I Called the Director of the company 4 times and he refuses to call me back.
Stay away from this company to avoid the same frustrations I faced.
