“I had a terrible experience with A24/7 and Sydney at Plumbing and Electrical. I called them to fix a leaking tap, but they ended up causing more damage. They quoted me R25000 for the repair, which I had to pay upfront. It's been 7 weeks, and they still haven't fixed my taps or bath. I later found out they are not qualified and have a reputation for overcharging. I Called the Director of the company 4 times and he refuses to call me back.
Stay away from this company to avoid the same frustrations I faced.”

“Utter Cowboys this bunch. Came out spent 20 mins taking off a light switch and then saying it could be anything you probably need a re wire then charged us a call fee and one hours labour for 20 mins doing nothing they did not fix the problem. It was a complete scam to take nearly £200 of us. They should be closed down immediately as a lot of vulnerable people already struggling don’t need Cowboy electricians like these ripping them off. I even question now if they really are electricians or just con men. Beware of this disgusting outfit.”
