I had an issue with regards to a specified item and was told by one customer services agent that if I did not supply a valuation that I could not claim for the item in the event of loss or theft.
I then spoke to another agent (MB9) the following day and it was fully explained to me that I would only be insured to the maximum value for a single item if I did not supply a valuation.
The second agent (MB9) was very helpful and fully answered my query.
