I wouldn’t go through your claims department Totally incompetent especially your solicitors & your hire car service along with damage repairs department 6 years to resolve my case I didn’t get paid out I bet your happy !

I cancelled my policy after selling my van, had 6 months of policy left to run and received less than 25% of the £439 premium. Wouldn't use them again.

Very dificult/impossible to deal with, very resitive when escalating a complaint and impossible to start their complaint proceedure because they do not tell you what it is, you can request it but it never gets provided. Unable to deal with a simple task like confirming policy auto renewal will not occur, with them repeatedly trying to resell their car insurance. A "hard sell" customer approach. Not recommended.
