“Very dificult/impossible to deal with, very resitive when escalating a complaint and impossible to start their complaint proceedure because they do not tell you what it is, you can request it but it never gets provided. Unable to deal with a simple task like confirming policy auto renewal will not occur, with them repeatedly trying to resell their car insurance. A "hard sell" customer approach. Not recommended.”
