Car recently broke down and I needed recovery, I had paid for car recovery but then told I had to pay £20 extra and give card details over the phone before recovery was sent out.I have never had to pay an extra to use the recovery that I had already paid for and wont be using this company again for this reason.

I haf an accident over 2 months ago. And i am still waiting on you to co tact me yo get it fixed i have not recently taken out insurance with you. Its been ages since i have.

Had to wait on the phone, first on initial call and then getting passed to another person (Department?) However the individual contact ( MB9 ) was thereafter most helpful and efficient - completed the changes and sent revised documents within a couple of minutes.

I had to call several times to ensure the policy was correct, but the staff were knowledgeable, I obviously wasn't asking the right questions. MB9 was the best of those I spoke to

First time I have done my car insurance on my own and I had no idea if I had done it correctly, the girl I spoke to was so helpful and patient. So pleased with her and it's good to speak to a "real person. Thank you very much.

I am in my second year with one call, I had two cars with them one of which i have just sold and I have found them to be extreemly helpful, they made taking the sold car off of the insurance very easy to do. I would definately recommend them. thank you very much One Call.

I won't use you again. Ridiculous charge to change my car mid way through policy.....all to receive a rubbish scanned copy of new documents via email. Horrific customer service via live chat. Terrible communications. It was like you were doing me a favour by taking my business!

I had the need to phone up 3 separate occasions in one day because of one thing or another and each time the customer service was excellent. All of the people working at the call centre were really polite, friendly and helpful. The calls are answered quickly and, unlike many other insurance companies I have dealt with over a number of years, none of the phone calls I made left me feeling belittled or stupid. Well done for getting it so right MB9 and AG3!

Easy to sort out with one call. I obtained a better quote from another provider. One call matched that quote.

When ever I have called One Call I have always found the staff pleasant, helpful particularly MB9 who on my last 'phone call pulled out all the stops to answer all my queries in a timely and efficient manner.
