Car recently broke down and I needed recovery, I had paid for car recovery but then told I had to pay £20 extra and give card details over the phone before recovery was sent out.I have never had to pay an extra to use the recovery that I had already paid for and wont be using this company again for this reason.

I haf an accident over 2 months ago. And i am still waiting on you to co tact me yo get it fixed i have not recently taken out insurance with you. Its been ages since i have.

Not very good I'm afraid found out last year my wife was not covered on my insurance after signing her on my insurance every year , gave me a load of waffle with regards found them to not tell the truth and will never ever use again EVER !

I am unaware that I have recently taken out any insurance with One Call to justify being sent this survey. If I have, then I would like to be notified what insurance it is and what it is costing me?

Despite having a comprehensive policy I am not allowed to drive another car. The breakdown cover is not reliable, I need to pay a certain amount before someone come to assist me. Very disappointed.

Recently made an enquiry into a possible claim and when I explained the circumstances was told that I didn't have accidental damage cover so therefore couldn't claim. I wouldn't consider the damage done was accidental so went away rather unhappy at the service

Not your representatives fault but you were unable to change my car insurance over to my new car, which I am collecting tomorrow, as the car is not showing up as registered yet. Audi have given me a 5 day free cover to get me on the road and I will now have to phone you back on Monday to sort out permanent cover. Not a very flexible system for dealing with new cars!

What is the point of providing an email address and then closing it down, with the only contact left a payable phone call. Not good practice!

Better of not being insured no help what so ever ... Had a non fault accident were driver ran away had no help was at total loss all together ...

Really difficult when changing car. Tried to charge me £35 administration fee for changing my car from a focus to a fiesta. Eventually charged me £19 for cancelling and starting a new policy. Kept getting different information every time I rang. Asked for policy to start at 5pm when I was changing my car, but policy came through at 12pm which meant I couldn't drive my old car. This resulted in yet another telephone call. Kept getting put through to wrong department. Paid for insurance in full then got documents in post for direct debit payments. Had to ring again and they cancelled the direct debit. Then got another letter in post about payments they are going to take off for direct debit. I give up!!!

Tried unsuccessfully to get a quote for my son's insurance - kept being passed from pillar to post and had to redial SIX times to two different numbers only to be assured each time that it was the other number I required. Eventually gave up in disgust and found a different insurer who actually wanted my business.

Fees are an absolute joke, made a note about how i wanted to speak to a manager and apprantly theres no one to talk too. Still waiting after 3 days for a manafer to call to discuss extortionate fees!

Moved house part way through my policy (about half a mile from where we lived) they charged me £130 for the privilege. Pay the extra money or if you don't like it you can always cancel your policy I was told. Rip off or what!

Insured my car on the 10th June. Moved house 24th June 10 minuets down the road and had to pay an extra £112, even though I was told when I took out the policy that the insurance company would dismiss any admin charges as it was so close to the moving date. RD4 - REGAN was unable to take any discount off the policy even though I explained that I was previously informed the £35 admin fee would not be given. Very unhappy and £112 worse off even though I have moved to a better village location! I won't be using the company again!!!

Ryan Davies who sold me the policy by phone was completely unknowledgeable about insurance, spent more than half my time on hold while he "accessed" my file. After successfully buying insurance I was contacted the next day to be told the insurance was cancelled due to a failed credit check that I was not told I would be subjected to. Cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking service, quick to reel you in but the passes you around when you actually want to discuss your policy. Plus there is charge of £100 plus if you want to cancel your policy. SHOCKING!
