Ryan Davies who sold me the policy by phone was completely unknowledgeable about insurance, spent more than half my time on hold while he "accessed" my file. After successfully buying insurance I was contacted the next day to be told the insurance was cancelled due to a failed credit check that I was not told I would be subjected to. Cowboys.
