This insurance broker were the lowest priced on a comparison website, once I checked my policy I found a few details were incorrect, I called their number to correct this information and got through to a household adviser (Maxine Brown) MB9, who sorted everything out for me within minutes.
This is the first time that I have used One Call insurance but so far so good, great service.
