Not sure yet about how claim will be handled but initial contact experience was very good. Had been in touch about a leaky radiator valve staining a carpet. Contact 1 was MB9 who was professional/security aware/efficient/helpful and friendly. She sent policy details and gave me number of claims dept. to contact. Contact 2, sorry to say I didn't note her name but she was exactly the same. She handled everything splendidly! We even chatted about the heat and that her boss had just bought everyone ice lollies. She arranged contact with someone who would come to us to see damage to carpet.
