I had bought a second car and used various sites to get the best quotes, due to already having a car i had to say I had no NCB even though I had many, which made the qoutes I recieved higher than what I wanted. I then contacted ONE CALL who is my current provider and spoke to LM8 and explained the situation. The lady was very helpful and polite and explained everything clearly to me as we went through the process of getting a qoute for my second car. I was very pleased when she returned with a qoute that was not only cheaper than i had already got, but it was also in a higher band ( fully comp ). I agreed straight away and my documents were sent via email within minutes, I was also able to esign my Direct Debit which was also sent by email the same day.
In general I was very pleased with the service that One Call provided and with the proffessionalism of the lady ( LM8 ) that I spoke to.
I would deffinately use again and would highly reccomend to others to use.
