I have been with One Call Insurance for 3 years and have found the operators to be knowledgeable and appear to understand the product they are providing. No hassle and although a delay in getting through I was updated on expected waiting time unlike some other competitors.
KW9 handled the process efficiently and was courteous throughout however one constructive point, which is to temper the enthusiasm as the process was slightly rushed resulting in the information being delivered was not that clear?
One Call Insurance did listen and were keen to ensure that my renewal quote was competitive and met my needs. Guys I did challenge the quote with other competitors and none of them covered the scope of the quote.
