Rang today to update my policy details by adding on a cherished number plate. I was updated that I was 21 in the queue but was on only on hold for 2 minutes. The process and payment took less than three minutes and policy documents came though by email immediately.
The support guy, Steven (SH4) was totally on the ball..Couldn't be easier.
