I have been with One Call for a few years now and recently had to make a claim after someone politely ran into the back of me! They have been very courteous and professional all along and answered my queries in a timely manner. This part is still ongoing which is why I can only rate claims experience as average at the moment, the rest of their service has been great otherwise. Today I rang up for an insurance substitution to ensure the replacement car was covered for pickup and spoke to a polite chap who I believe was called Dan, the call was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner and he was able to answer all of my queries.
