I spoke to adviser MC7 with regard to renewing my car insurance policy, she was very clear and concise, explained everything in detail and took sufficient time to make sure I was happy with the detail of the policy. All in all a very pleasant young lady and a credit to the company. As a retired customer account manager I was very impressed with Megan Chadbourne and wish all call centres and adviserscould be so professional.
