My first attempt at buying car insurance on line. CE6 was very quick off the mark with a follow-up call within minutes of an initial trawl of "Compare the Market" prices and specs. Couldn't discuss at length at that moment, but agreed a next day telecon. Her call-back was within minutes of the agreed call-back time. That's important to me. Query-handling was generally very smooth e.g. patient explanation of detailed differences between Protected No-Claims Bonus schemes. Only needed to go on hold once to have something checked. Sum-up - Reliable, Accurate, Efficient, both in process and execution, and with a good outcome in terms of Value for Money product purchased. One minor quibble - the speech volume/ audibility seemed slightly below par, but this may have been a line problem. It didn't affect the outcome or the understanding of what was being communicated, but listening seemed to require a bit more effort and a lot more concentration than usual. .
