Spoke to "RT2" regarding where to send documents required by One Call she was very bright and breazy plenty of help and enthusiasm, only negative I did not like the pushing of further insurance to my current level. Not her fault I would suspect that the staff are directed to sell additions to policies, not what I would expect from a Customer Service Dept though.
