Fed up with my old insurers hiking up price every renewal bearing in mind I've never had a claim so decided to try one call direct and found them excellent people to deal with and very helpful, today they made amendments to my policy and a dealt with bloke called nick(ns4) who sorted out details right away, job done and I'm happy as, no more ponciing about like before! Well done that man
