Excellent service and not too long a wait in the queue. The legal smallprint stuff was a gabbled a bit too quickly, but I guess they have to get through a lot in a day. The All the documents came through as promised within ten minutes. All-in-all 9 out of 10 (compared to 4 or possibly even 3 out of 10 from my previous insurers).
The operative, Emma (EM1), was very competent.
