ER2 made my call to the insurance company really easy. Firstly he was clear and precise and more than helpful and answered all my questions fully. It made the 'dreaded' phone call so pleasant..normally I really dread speaking to an adviser either I can not understand what is being said or I get confused with all the dribble so to speak that you seem to get, a bit like speaking to a robot! I am very pleased to say this was certainly not the case here. I felt at ease and relaxed as I was able to fully understand everything. I will be recommending your company to my friends.
