CB8 Excellent customer services. Gave me a good deal on my renewal. My only criticisms are: I recieved a text message from one call with a promise of £25 cash back if I renewed with them. There was a terms and conditions that wasn't live. I couldn't check the terms and conditions through that text. I renewed and was sat eagerly waiting for my £25 cash back. I needed to contact one call by their online chat service which is very good to enquire about providing my no claims details. I did ask where my £25 was. I was told its if I tell a friend about one call. Another operator told me it had been knocked off my renewal and a third told me I'd recieved the £25 if my renewal was over £250. I haven't recieved the £25 to date. This small issue has made me consider one calls credibility and I'm thinking of making a formal complaint as this is a credit agreement. I think it's very cheeky texting my private number with a false and possibly fraudulent promise. Stop texting me with false claims.
