Obtained alternative quotations, One Call could not fully match but offered a reduction which I accepted and I paid the discounted sum at the time. I subsequently received a letter informing I had underpaid and owed £15. I rang and spoke to advisor MR1 who quickly checked and advised the discount had not been registered at One Call. She rectified the matter and confirmed I did not owe any further amount. Situation resolved promptly and efficiently.
