I spoke with Charlotte regarding my new policy and she was extremely helpful and polite. She had a very good understanding of the product and I didn't feel any pressure or obligation when making my purchase. She was able to answer all of my questions fully and she had a sense of humour to boot, which is refreshing in this age of annoying unfeeling telesales robots! Thank you Charlotte for being human.
