Called today re; my home insurance renewal quote - on asking if renewal price could be bettered I was pleased to be told my premium could be reduced by another £12.00 which I was very happy with. The lady dealing with me (username KB6) was very helpful, quick and explained everything as she went along.
Loved the new secure payment section - gives me confidence in making the payment over the telephone. In no time at all my home insurance has been paid for the next year.
