Spoke with rep JB9 about renewing my car insurance. He spoke clearly, with a relaxed, friendly manner. It was obvious he and he knew what he was talking about. I managed to cut off the call and he called me back within seconds! Payment was taken efficiently without any faffing or transferring to another rep. Email of policy documents and where to send NCD information was received within minutes of ending the call. Will happily recommend and consider for next year. And OneCall were the cheapest quote :)!
