I rang one call when I was offered a cheaper policy elsewhere. They were able to reduce my premium to very close to the cheaper offer and reduce my excess. I was happy thereafter too renew my insurance with one call. The people on the phone were very helpful and quickly dealt with my call. Very satisfied with the service I received.
