I called to make a name change due to recently getting married and was very dissappointed to find out that to change my name which took a matter of seconds it cost me £15.00
Ashley (AE2) who took my call was helpful but as I mentioned it was a very quick call and very quick to change my name but I can't believe for someone to type a name change cost me £15.00.
This is the only policy I've had to pay a fee on, all my other insurances there were no charges.
