I'd highly recommend One Call. I spoke with Adam (AJ5) who very clearly outlined what I required from an insurance policy, even looking at reports that had been done on the property by my mortgage provider and explaining how that would effect my policy. I needed my insurance very quickly as I was about to exchange contracts the next day, and this was done without any issues what so ever - very good customer service.
