Maxine Brown did try to help and did e mail me some documents to help me. She also transferred me to a man in "claims" who was very assertive but hadn't got a clue what he was talking about. He gave me the number of Covea where fortunately I spoke to a lady named Wallis who like your Maxime actually treated me like a Customer and helped me with my query.
I made three expensive calls to One Call, got passed about by people who were quite indifferent to my being a Customer.
Maxime is an example to those people of Good Customer Service which as a Company you are lacking
