Dealing with ST3 who was extremely patient as I assisted my cared for customer with her purchase. ST3 explained all details clearly and to the customer's satisfaction. ST3 does tho need to slow her speech down a little, especially when she is talking to an elderly customer. Her voice was sunny and she was very polite. It was a pleasure doing business with her and my cared for customer would like to pass on her most grateful thanks.
