Very helpful customer service adviser (LC1) on the telephone. She was polite and explained everything clearly. there were no long holds and only 1 'select button x'! When she needed to ask me to hold, she clearly explained that the line would go dead for 10 seconds etc, so no worries that we'd been cut off.
I haven't yet had to make a claim, but so far, so good!
