MR1 (Mahalah Rocket) was excellent. She had an excellent telephone manner dealing with my query promptly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable and advised me throughout the call regarding the actions she was taking. It was necessary to put me on hold for a short period and this was explained. Outstanding customer service.
