Renewal came through for building and contents insurance down a little on last year which was quite a good price, but, I have never made a claim in my life and I'm 77. Rang One Call to give them a try for a better premium, spoke to a young lady known as EM1, put my case over as never having a claim in all my life and she came back to me with a £10. REDUCTION. Now as far as I can remember it's the first time ever that I have paid less year on year, can't wait for 2016/17. Keep it up ONE CALL INSURANCE.
