A Service called One Call that you cannot Call!
I broke down in my car on the M62 Motorway and could not get through on the One Call phones number. An automated voice asks that you log into an Online Portal. This is not acceptable when you are stuck on a hard shoulder in the pouring rain with lorries and cars thundering past at 70mph. I had to pay £150 for an alternative breakdown service.
