awful - one of the worse companies I've ever dealt with. Impossible to contact - 8 weeks later no reply to multiple emails and chats for a claim. Refuse to register or acknowledge complaints. Repeatedly called when they were unsure of the details to ensure one of their 'claim handlers' could 'manage' accountability for accident. ignored repeated calls to have car uplifted from unsafe location then from private property.
